How to do that?
Rules of this game - playground - are very simple:
exactly at 1:30 pm click on provided soundtrack

titled: "The People United Will Never Be Defeated!" *

Listen to the music - it is based on popular
"musical statues" game - though here is no silence,
but music (or sounds) are changing constantly and gradually
it becomes almost impossible to dance to, it is calming and there is
a time to sit (or lay down) and listen or draw **

If you like it - dance.
If you do not like it - freeze.
If you do not like it strongly - freeze and make scary faces!
If you do not feel like participate (or you are tired) - sit quietly and observe.
If you feel like to sit and draw some picture in connection to the music (or sounds) - feel free, please.

That is all - you see? - very simple.
And, now IMAGINE THERE ARE OTHER CHILDREN AROUND IRELAND DOING EXACTLY THE SAME AT THE SAME TIME!

Imagine, we are sharing the same joy of dancing, listening to the music and drawing in the same time! So much joy released in the universe!

Additionally, myself, I will be that day in Holy Family School in Charleville, (as part of TAP project supported by Limerick Education Support Centre) www.holyfamilyschoolcharleville.com/about.html
It is a special needs school that has also a unit for children who are completely confined to chairs and/or beds***.

I will be with them from 1:30 pm doing a sort of abstract sound and dance workshop and I would like to make this workshop starting point of this special synchronous event. We will be here receiving your dance-feel-cheer! which you are sending in the universe while having good time and while thinking of all those children (human and other creatures) who wish to dance regardless of their physical constrictions ...

*** note about this class from caring teacher:
I have a class with 4 pupils all who have complex medical needs. All the pupils need nursing interventions throughout the school day. All the non-verbal . They are all wheelchair users . The pupils enjoy sensory stimulation and respond to a variety of experiences.
